Danielle M. Dempster, MSW, LCSW

With over 30 years of experience in the field of social work, I have dedicated myself to supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult hardships. I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, and families affected by abuse, domestic violence, grief & loss, and mental health, and spent my career helping people heal and grow. I draw on experience from juvenile justice, child protective services, and community mental health to guide my therapeutic approach. Guided by compassion, empowerment, and evidence-based practices, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their life experiences and develop tools to navigate life more confidently. Let me help you reclaim your sense of self, overcome any obstacles, and move forward with the strength to find a purpose in life. Let's bring out the superstar that's already in you!

Kiran Ahmed, MA, LPC-S

My approach to clients is simple, meet them where they are. I use different types of approaches to make you feel the most comfortable. I believe you know what you want and need, and it’s my job to help you get there. I am not here to judge you or lecture you, I am simply the support and guidance you may need on your journey. As a South Asian woman and the daughter of immigrants, I have had to overcome my own struggles and know how vital it is to have someone who is supportive.I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. I have experience working with all demographics including children, adolescents, adults and families. I work with many different approaches, including EMDR, which is great for overcoming trauma and phobias. Whatever therapy means to you, I will support you.

Madel Garcia, LMSW

I view emotions and behaviors as meaningful indicators of conscious and unconscious patterns shaped by life experiences. These patterns often begin as coping mechanisms, but when they become maladaptive, they may lead to distress or dysfunction. I believe emotional responses are not symptoms to suppress but essential signals for growth and healing.
My approach is eclectic and client-centered, meeting each individual where they are. I explore emotional reactions and behavioral patterns to guide treatment planning, drawing from a variety of therapeutic tools to meet each client’s unique needs. I see myself as a guide, problem-solver, and empathic listener, supporting children, families, and individuals in building resilience, self-awareness, and healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

Michelle Urquhart, MS, LPC, NCC

Tammy Lee, LPA, LPC, EMDR certified

Tammy wholeheartedly believes in the process of authentic connection. With a multicultural background, she recognizes each person as uniquely multifaceted. Her approach to therapy is to meet you wherever you’re at in life, get curious about you, and then serve as your team to journey alongside you. The aim is to provide a safe empathetic space, where you are respected and honored, so that internal self-explorations happen; fostering creative growth towards intentionality, self-discovery, self-empowerment, and healing. She utilizes CBT, existential, EMDR, parts work, trauma-informed care & client-centered insights to address a wide range of concerns (including loss, grief, and shame), and aims to break the stigma of mental health one conversation at a time. Tammy also enjoys globetrotting, reading, tea, video games, board games, and loves hedgehogs.
