Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) & Notices
What is the process to getting scheduled?
You are welcome to firstly use the form on our Homepage and a clinic staff will reach out to you shortly.
You can then expect a follow-up call from our Team Lead who will either match you to a provider if you are not sure who to go with, or answer questions about the provider of your preference. Over the phone, we will walk you through setting up your client portal, relay instructions for next steps, and confirm appointment date and time. Alternatively, you are welcome to give us a call at (979) 459-8122.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. For more details on how to cancel a booking and information on any potential fees, please refer to our Cancellation Policy, check with your provider, or call the clinic. In a nutshall, as long as cancellations requests are made/time stamped 24-hours prior to the start time, there will be no penalty.
What do I do on the day of my appointment?
After locating our suite (#203, #204, please pardon the black tape on our outside signage at this time), enter through the main doors, one of which will be unlocked. Inside you should be welcomed by a wait lobby with grey chairs, a coffee bar, and a stand with a check-in screen near the main doors.
Please feel free to help yourself to something to drink, and check-in on the screen by selecting the provider that you are here to see. Once that is complete, your provider should get a notification and come out to the wait lobby to greet you.
